They also discuss the comments that Adam made to LA magazine nearly a decade ago and how much worse the situation actually is today. After going through some of Gavin Newsom’s recent perplexing tweets, the conversation turns to his family’s history including his father’s work with oil magnate Gordon Getty. The conversation then turns to mindset and Adam’s thoughts on ‘dude think’ vs. ‘chick think’ and how the latter has been plaguing California’s politicians and thus, it’s citizens.

This leads to a conversation about the Concorde aircraft and the infamous crash in the year 2000 that helped contribute to the retirement of supersonic aircrafts from commercial air travel. The conversation then turns to homelessness in Los Angeles focusing particularly on a stretch of Venice Blvd in Los Angeles and the reasons that the homeless have taken over a street on one side of a freeway while staying completely away from the other side of the freeway.
