Today’s show opens with Drew telling Adam about his encounter with Antwone Fisher who had a big time Hollywood movie made about his life, leading to a conversation about some very talented celebrities that Adam feels have gone a bit off the rails as a result of their success. They then turn to the phones and speak to a caller who recently had a triple bypass surgery and wants to know why stress tests aren’t more regularly prescribed in males over the age of 45. The conversation then turns to unintended consequences as Adam paints a picture of the future we are allowing to be built for us. Drew also brings up the state of mental health today and takes Adam on a trip down memory lane to take a look at how we arrived where we are today.
