Dang Adam, I can’t believe your shower valve jive. As Drew correctly pointed out, the Russians (Soviets) were all over that jackbooted idea. Go back to your instinct and take a look at some German variety, or good old made in America and sounds German, Kohler.

Agreed. You know, there is a free market solution to this. One would be to stay at the same hotel chain, or to always drive the same make of car, etc

  That is one free market solution. Adam expanded on his complaint and took a harder left turn into Carollastan (yes, rare but it happens). He was in a hotel that had different shower hardware on different floors, lol. http://adamcarolla.com/fee-waybill-and-matt-atchity/
