Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the premiere of Fox’s ‘Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test’ which included Dr. Drew as a contestant. Adam discusses which of the challenges he thinks would suit him and which he would not be especially interested in. Drew also recounts some off screen action of him and Kate Gosselin in a Jordanian hospital. Later they turn to the phones and get Drew involved in an observation Adam originally posed on The Adam Carolla Show. They also speak to a caller who is looking for advice on his relationship with his mother in law.

They also speak to a caller who is wondering how we can go back from the intermingling of politics & public health policy. After Adam shows Drew a commercial he saw recently about what foods people should be eating. They also discuss, as much as they can, a project that Dr. Drew filmed for an upcoming Fox TV show that’ll be premiering in January 2023. Adam also recounts an insane interaction he had with his mother that was almost too on brand to handle.
